Eliminate pornographic websites. These offers are addressed to men, serious women do not enter these websites and will not register there. Sometimes these sites are cheap copies of serious portals with boring popups and porno-pics added. But it is only a fraudulent website to fish Your creditcard-data. Porno-pictures indicate something unserious (there are also serious porno-sites), that has nothing to do with dating and partner-search. Keep off that sites!

Costs

Nothing is free, partner-sites are not free of charge. Server, software, maintenance and customer support cause costs. Free partner-agencies lastely make money, anyway if not via memberships. They make money with banner-ads (no big money), boring popups (it drives me nervous). Or they slam their costs in other way: software-functionality (bad handling, bad search-function), hardware (small server causes long response-time) or customer-support (no hotline, no reply on e-mails).

Some dating sites do not bill women. In my experience there is a 2:1-ration men to women, except porno-sites.
