e-mail - the first flirt

E-mail is a very uncomplicated way of contacting. The website should offer a internal e-mail-system, getting accessed after login. The external e-mail-system, that what You work with for Your private or business-mails, should be avoided to use because

1. You probably use it for other private and/or business mails
2. You may get confused by spam

Some online dating agencies send an info-mail to Your external e-mail when someone has responded to Your partnership announcement saying only "Hey, You got response, check Your (internal) e-mail".

Single's chat

In the website's chat You should be able to move to a private virtual room. So You can chat in a big community and - later - move to a seperated (virtual) chatroom for a more intimate and private chat - single to single, one on one. A personal "black list" can be helpful to block nuisances who puts You on edge. Some dating websites offer a flirtline. Before You phone have a look at the costs! Some websites support SMS or similar services. Be cautious, because SMS is an external system.

Events for singles

Some agencies offer seminars like "how to flirt" or "cooking for singles". Some organize events like blind-date-dinners, single's travels, single parties, meeting points for singles in a single cafe (oh, coffeehouse is something so Viennese...)  or single's pub. A very nice service with a lot of fun. Some have a billboard for "members for members"-events. Examples: chessplayers, mountainwalking, motorbike-trip, yachting.
