Heinz's fondness to fonds
Don't invest in investment-fonds. Better pick up Your stocks and act independently. Here
the reasons:
- Fond-manager have to invest. They can not get out of the market and hold
cash for a long period. Because investors would ask them what they do for
their money.
- Fond-manager must invest in the dedicated market. If You believe a market
niche like Automobile will slump You can easily sell all Yous stocks. A
fond-manager of an automobilefond cannot do that.
- Fond-manager always invest their money so that in case of a slump they can
argument. They never will have visions or act based on a feeling. You can do
that.
- Fond-manager have much more information than You. But information is
ruination! More information means that You become a doubter. Sometimes a
fast decision is a good decision.
- You don't know what fond-manager do with Your money, what stocks they buy.
Maybe a promising stock is not in their depot. You can buy whatever You
want.
- In some countries fond-certificates cause higher taxes for the investor.
- There is a higher difference between ask and bid for fond-certificates
than for stocks.
