Bundeskanzleramt, the residence of Austrian chancellor The building
The Bundeskanzleramt was constructed by Johann Lukas von Hildebrandt in the years 1717 to 1719. 1766 extension by Nikolaus Pacassi. The Vienna congress (Wiener Kongress) took place in this building in the year 1815. The extension of the National Archives (Staatsarchiv) took place in the year 1902.
