Outer Burgtor at Heldenplatz View from Heldenplatz in direction Ringstrasse
The "äußere Burgtor" (outer Burgtor) was constructed in the years 1821 to 1824 after designs of Luigi Cagnola and P.Nobile. Te monuments of heroes inside are by Herbert Dimmel.
