In the middle guitar and organ duel in a solo which ends with triplets in a break. It is only a short break and the rhythm starts again. Though the song is in minor it ends up in major. Money cannot buy me love, that is the simple message. At the end of the song there are metallic percussions, it's tubes. It grapped what I could get and beat the 4/4. Finally we had it recorded and did not cut it out. I wanted to make simple rhymes, because the message is very simple: money cannot buy me any love! That's all, folks. Ich steh auf dichBeat-Nummer zum Abschütteln. Gitarren prägen den Rhythmus, eine Orgel hab ich als Kontrapunkt dazugegeben. Melodiöser zweistimmiger Gesang im Kontrast zu den geschlagenen Gitarren. Im Mittelteil spielen Gitarre und Orgel im Solo gegeneinander. Das musikalische Duell steigert sich und endet in Triolen und einer Pause. Diese Unterbrechung dauert aber nur kurz und der Rhythmus beginnt neu. Obwohl das Lied in Moll ist, endet es in Dur. Als versöhnlicher Ausklang sozusagen. Am Ende hört man noch Rohre, die im Takt geschlagen werden. Ich hab gegriffen, was ich erwischen konnte und habe den Takt mitgeklopft. Am Ende blieb das in der Aufnahme drin. Liebe kann man nun mal nicht kaufen, nicht um alles Geld in der Welt. Die Zeilen mit "...nicht um sehr viel Geld" und "...auf der ganzen Welt" sind bewußt simple Reime, ist doch wirklich nicht schwer zu verstehen.
